Appel à candidatures – Young Talents 2026 - Digital Resilience

Are you a Master’s or PhD student from France or the Netherlands with an interest in cybersecurity, digital technologies, artificial intelligence, public policy, innovation, or societal challenges linked to the digital transition?
Would you like to collaborate with students from France and the Netherlands to explore how to contribute to building a more resilient, secure and trustworthy European digital future.
The Young Talents programme brings together French and Dutch students from various disciplines to work in international teams and develop innovative ideas addressing current societal challenges.
Organised by the Embassy of France in the Netherlands, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in France, Nuffic, the University of Lille and the French-Dutch Network, the programme includes online collaborative sessions, dedicated coaching and a final in-person event in the Netherlands (13-18 November 2026).
By joining the programme, you will have the opportunity to:
- collaborate with students from different academic backgrounds in an international team;
- take part in discussions around digital resilience and its impact on our societies;
- develop your creativity, communication and teamwork skills through a collaborative challenge;
- expand your international network between France and the Netherlands.
